Definition of Noise Pollution According to Wikipedia , noise pollution is defined as "the propagation of noise with ranging impacts on the activity of human or animal life, most of them harmful to a degree". For me, I'd define it as noise that is beyond a comfortable range that makes it intolerable to the ears of humans.  However, it might be good to note that each person's threshold for noise is unlikely to be the same. The Healing Power of Music: A Double-Edged Sword Music has long been celebrated for its ability to evoke emotions and create connections. After diving into The Mozart Effect ,  I became convinced of music's healing power. However, not all music serves this purpose.  In this blog post, we’ll explore the dual nature of music—how it can heal and uplift, as well as how certain genres may not be suitable for those seeking solace. Join me as we delve into the profound impact of sound on our lives and wellbeing. Music Could Heal I believe that certain types of music could heal, for example, music that could bring out deeply-buried emotions, because such music (to me) could provide a cathartic outlet.  And Music Could Also Oppress On the other hand, from my perspective, heavy metal music sounds oppressive and therefore, isn't suitable for people who are dealing with addictions. And by extension, it isn't suitable (in my opinion) for those who are in any kind of bondage as well....
