Instrumental Music
Lately, I've been listening to more soothing instrumental music, especially my own. That's because life is getting busier and there are more stress triggers. My latest impromptu music titled Untitled really helps when it comes to stress relief. You might want to watch the video, and enjoy both the music and the super cute video of a koala bear.:)
Releasing Stress through Music
Personally, I prefer to listen to soft and soothing instrumental music when I'm feeling stressed, because such music has the power to soothe my weary soul and relax my tensed-up muscles. According to an article on unr.edu, a slower tempo could quiet one's mind and relax one's muscles and thereby helps to relieve stress.
Instrumental Music
If you're like me, you'd probably go for instrumental music that's relaxing but short. Check out the following short instrumental piece here: Soft Instrumental Songs.
If you prefer to go to bed with long hours of soothing music, you might want to check out the following lengthy pieces:
1. Yellow Brick Cinema - Relaxing Music
To me, it seems rare to find lengthy instrumental music which is labelled as soothing or relaxing that really feels so throughout the entire piece. This piece is an exception, I think.
2. Tim Janis
When I found this live music video, it had already started playing for many hours and so I won't know if the music was soothing or relaxing prior to that. However, the approximately 30-minute part that I listened to was really soothing.
