Introduction I've been a victim of bullying since young. And I think I've acquired what's known as 'learned helplessness' from many years of being bullied, which was probably why I used to think that I was powerless to change anything in my life no matter how much I hated what was happening! For many years, I felt so disempowered and over time, I came to believe that whatever that had happened must happen as a matter of fate. What is Learned Helplessness?
