  Introduction   In our fast-paced world, true rest often takes a backseat. But sometimes the most productive thing we can do is simply to stop, pause, and allow our minds to rest.  By giving ourselves permission to take mental breaks, we invite clarity, calm and a renewed sense of energy.  In this post, we explore why mental rest matters and how brief moments of stillness can make a big difference in our lives.
