New Beginnings

Every new beginning begins with the ending of something. Some endings aren't pleasant but are necessary for new beginnings. And some new beginnings aren't what you're expecting but will lead you to something beyond what you could imagine.

The Marking of a New Beginning

A new season can mark a new beginning. A new day can mark a new beginning. A new year can mark a new beginning. Another birthday can mark a new beginning. A change can mark a new beginning. 

Do you want to mark a new beginning with things from your past? Or would you rather let the past remain in the past? I know, sometimes it's easier said than done. But then again, would you rather expend your 'life energy' on things that can't be changed? No, right? 

So, when the past calls, let it go to the voice mail, because it has nothing new to say.


A New Beginning ~ A New Chapter

A new beginning marks the start of a new chapter in your life. And since it's a new chapter, you mustn't allow the pain from the previous chapter to stain the new chapter. Agree?

Today is a day of new beginnings for me. I'm thankful because I'm now in a new season in my life. It's a new chapter filled with new possibilities. I'm ready. Are you ready...for yours?

How We See Our New Beginnings Matters

How we see our new beginnings matters, especially if they're 'forced upon' us. Our mindsets could determine how we view our new beginnings and where those new beginnings will lead us. Understanding the connection between mindset and new beginnings can empower us to approach life by embracing change with a more open heart and a positive outlook.

Do you despise small new beginnings? Or do you gladly accept these small beginnings? Do you believe that your small beginnings could lead to something great if you'd just accept that with a heart of gratitude?

Conclusion 

As you embark on new beginnings, remember that each ending paves the way for a new and exciting journey. Embrace the unknown with courage and optimism, knowing that every new chapter brings the potential for growth and fulfillment.

Trauma is the emotional, psychological and physiological residue that results from heightened stress that accompanies experiences of threat, violence, and life-challenging events.   Types of Trauma Trauma can either be physical or emotional trauma.
